A blank sheet of cream letter paper lies on a desk with a black fountain pen, an open envelope and a diamond solitaire ring.

Our commitment

Rodor Intelligence

Jewelry transparency shouldn't cost the consumer anything.

Every consumer deserves to know what their jewelry is worth and whether their certificate is consistent, before they buy, when they insure it, when they need a documented value reference, and before they sell. The consumer tier of JRA is free. This is not a limited trial or an introductory offer. Free for consumers is the founding design of the platform.

Why it exists

The information gap in jewelry always lands on the same person: the consumer. So the consumer funds nothing and learns everything.

What free includes

  • Valuation lookups: a market-informed estimate of what your piece is worth.
  • Certificate checks: a consistency check on your grading certificate.
  • Plain-English explanations and answers about your piece.
  • A free account, which you can create or open by signing in with Google or Facebook.

Who pays

The trade tools fund the platform. Jewelers, manufacturers, wholesalers, and buyback businesses pay for the professional tools by subscription, and that is what keeps the consumer tier free.

The consumer tier is free. That's the founding decision, not a promotion.
